1. Get it right first time

• We spend the time talking to you to fully understand your requirements.
• We provide examples and screenshots so that you can see how it will look and work.
• We produce clear and easy to understand functional specifications that explain the proposed solution in detail.
• We provide regular updates and demonstrations to ensure we stay on track.

Note: If we do not get it right first time we will fix it for free during the User Acceptance Testing period.

Process is very important to us. It is the only way to achieve consistent quality and catch any mistakes. Our development process is as follows:

• Implementation (programming)

• User Acceptance Testing

Note: The earlier a misunderstanding is detected and corrected, the quicker and easier it is to rectify.

3. "Toolbox" of re-usable code

We have built up a set of templates and functionality that we can use for developing new software. Each solution is unique but we learn from the past and we do not start from scratch. We go to our library and pull in components that have already been coded so that we can rapidly build your solution.
We have tools to generate repetitive code (such as New/Edit/View pages or screens) in a consistent manner.
