Notes:

• We will review your database to ensure its suitability for support.
• Prices are in AUD and do not include GST (Government Sales Tax). GST is charged to Australian customers at 10%.
• Support must be paid for in advance 3 months at a time (minimum).
• We reserve the right to stop providing support at any time. At which time any unused fees will be refunded pro rata.
• These support plans do not include on-site work. Normal onsite fees apply.
• If extra time is required (above the included hours) these will be billed as per our normal fee schedule (available on request).
• The figures above are for a single database / single system. For multiple databases or systems please contact us for a quote.
• Double-up of programmers: We ensure that there is always at least 2 programmers familiar with your system to ensure that if one programmer is ill, away or leaves suddenly then another programmer can step in quickly.
• Included hours / month: The first 2 hours is to cover liaison and minor checks. Subsequent included hours will be used to fix bugs and perform system checks etc. Hours do not carry over or be used in advance.
