Back in 2006, Jon, and Jarrod started DB Gurus in an office near the beach in Austinmer, just south of Sydney, Australia. Our goal from the beginning was to make using databases easier for our clients, so they could focus on their work instead of wrestling with data and complicated queries.
Since then, we’ve grown steadily and expanded our services. We still focus on simplifying database use, even as the data we deal with becomes bigger and more complex. Over the years, we’ve completed thousands of projects, both big and small, across various industries.
Our projects have been diverse, ranging from developing apps and web platforms to converting databases, integrating APIs, and tackling large, complex database projects spread across multiple locations. We specialise in Microsoft technologies like Access, SQL Server, .NET, C#, and Power BI. We’re passionate about helping you get the most out of your data. Whether that be leveraging your existing systems or upgrading old ones.

Mohsin is our lead developer on TheDatabase team – our cloud database platform, that has been in the making since 2010. He is a highly valued member of the team and has contributed greatly to our success over the years.

AWS Lead Developer
Red is the lead dev / database expert in the AWS/C# development team, specialising in creating big data solutions using Amazon Web Services. Since joining DB Gurus in 2016, he has become one of the company’s star team members, known for his highly refined skills and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Office Administrator
