Our goal from the beginning was to make using databases easier for our clients. We work closely with our clients to understand their industries, processes and challenges, then deliver software solutions that create measurable improvements and longterm value.
Our experience spans mining, environmental management, government, education, healthcare, manufacturing and professional services, with solutions ranging from custom business applications through to industry-specific software platforms.
Our projects have been diverse, ranging from developing apps and web platforms to converting databases, integrating APIs, and tackling large, complex database projects spread across multiple locations. We specialise in Microsoft technologies like Access, SQL Server, .NET, C#, and Power BI.

Ann is at the very heart of DB Gurus. She is essential to the organisation and daily operations of the company, managing the books and maintaining good staff relations. Since joining the Gurus in 2013, she has consistently done an outstanding job!

Meet David, our technology and training manager. In an industry that changes very quickly, he is most comfortable at the cutting edge. He’s all about making sure our processes and internal training are up to scratch and ensures our new hires are properly trained to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Camille supports the delivery of innovative digital solutions at DB Gurus through UI/UX design, prototyping, documentation, and knowledge management. She collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive user experiences and effective knowledge resources.
Ben is our go-getter in charge of our sales and marketing programs. Ben is instrumental in helping shape the direction of our products, our strategy for bringing them to market, and ensuring the ongoing success of DB Gurus.
Mohsin is our lead developer on TheDatabase team – our cloud database platform, that has been in the making since 2010. He is a highly valued member of the team and has contributed greatly to our success over the years.
