Home Assess Pro
Enabled homeowners to securely record and submit property damage videos directly from their mobile devices, helping claims teams gather information earlier in the assessment process.
BP Assessing
Provided field assessors with a powerful iPad-based assessment platform that:
- Worked without internet connectivity
- Guided users through standardised assessment workflows
- Captured photos and assessment data in a single system
- Included MakeSafe procedures and repair costing tools
- Automatically synchronised data with the central database once connectivity was restored
